What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and process claims by gathering information and drawing conclusions
- Act as a liaison between insured individuals and the insurance carrier to manage the claims process
- Evaluate claims documentation for accuracy and initiate necessary corrections
- Manage all claim documentation and ensure timely processing according to company policy
- Provide supervision and leadership to Claims Assistants within the department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business or equivalent work experience
- Three years of claims handling experience with commercial and multi-line knowledge
- Ability to critically review claim files and make independent decisions
- Strong organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
