What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Match proper file and/or claim numbers on unidentified correspondence using automated systems
- Type various materials such as letters, benefit notices, and memorandums for clients
- Perform clerical duties including answering phones, taking messages, and data entry
- Prepare files in electronic form for state audits, including payment history and medical reports
- Schedule medical appointments and send all relevant correspondence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a claims/liability environment or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent related work experience
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products and similar systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills
