What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a caseload of low to moderate severity/complexity property and casualty insurance claims
- Analyze insurance claims to determine applicable coverage and liability
- Review and evaluate damages and develop strategies for resolution
- Communicate with claimants, attorneys, and policyholders through verbal and written correspondence
- Ensure compliance with state claims handling requirements and internal guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of property and casualty claims handling experience
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain required state adjusters' licenses within six months of completing training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Adjuster license and/or relevant certifications
- Minimum of five years of property and casualty claims handling experience for senior roles
- Experience managing complex coverage issues and litigation
- Multi-jurisdictional claims experience
- Advanced degree or law degree for specialist positions
