      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage customer relationships within 40-50 named accounts and develop long-term value as a trusted advisor
      - Identify customer business goals and challenges to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities
      - Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and other internal resources to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
      - Handle inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize sales opportunities
      - Create and deliver compelling solution proposals that demonstrate value and ROI

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of quota-bearing sales experience with a proven track record of success
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience with value-based selling and proactive pipeline building
      - Strong ability to engage customers and maintain effective working relationships
      - Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities

      - Experience collaborating across teams and departments in North America, the UK, and Europe
      - Proven ability to hold confident business conversations with C-level executives
