What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain day-to-day client relationships related to onboarding, support, and product adoption
- Drive adoption of contracted functionality to maximize client value from the platform
- Assign deliverables and tasks to team members for ongoing support
- Ensure timely triage and response to service log requests
- Configure the platform to meet specific client requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a business-related field
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and XML
- P&C Insurance experience in Claims, Policy, or Billing
- Project Management background with a track record of successful implementations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven ability to drive customers to on-time and successful implementations
- Familiarity with Dais Technology and its no-code platform for insurance product creation
