What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop financial models to project costs and estimate savings for specific business decisions
- Manage therapeutic class cost and utilization projection models to support budget forecasting and strategy development
- Conduct drill-down analysis to identify opportunities and risks for assessment by the Strategy Development Committee
- Utilize SQL to query, manipulate, and manage large datasets efficiently
- Prepare and communicate trend analysis and recommendations to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, public health, health informatics, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum five years of related experience, with at least two years of financial modeling experience required
- Experience in healthcare analytics with knowledge of analytical or data mining techniques
- Proficiency in advanced analytical/reporting tools such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, and Tableau strongly preferred
- Candidates residing in the EST time zone are preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as Micro-strategy, Snowflake, or Hadoop
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
