What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support IT EMR Services and act independently under general supervision
- Build system components and provide implementation support and maintenance
- Conduct in-depth analysis and troubleshooting for system-related issues
- Collaborate with analysts and software vendors to ensure system integrity
- Prepare reports and provide guidance to junior analysts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Clinical, Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field plus three (3) years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years; or Associate's degree plus seven (7) years; or High School diploma plus nine (9) years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to attain necessary certifications in a timely manner
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Experience in both IT and clinical/operational settings
- Certification in Epic Ambulatory or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days
