      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume healthcare roles in rural America, including MAs, RNs, APPs, MD/DOs, and Clinical Operations Roles
      - Get creative in sourcing, assessing, and closing talented individuals passionate about the mission
      - Collaborate with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and executive leadership to align staffing with growth plans
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals nationwide
      - Design and implement scalable recruiting programs that enhance diversity and candidate experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in the healthcare/clinical space
      - Hands-on experience with recruiting software and compliance procedures
      - Strong sourcing background with a record of success in challenging recruitment roles
      - Ability to build trusting relationships through empathy for candidates and teams
      - Comfort working in a distributed team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working on a small, fast-paced team
      - Prior experience hiring clinical staff in rural areas
      - Familiarity with Greenhouse recruiting software
