What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the lead resource in executing assigned clinical research studies in accordance with approved protocols
- Oversee and coordinate daily activities of research studies, including patient recruitment and education
- Ensure informed consent authorization is obtained and administered in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and document responses, notifying appropriate clinical professionals as needed
- Assist with the preparation and submission of research reports, publications, and grant proposals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in biological sciences, health sciences, or medical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five years of experience in a clinical research capacity conducting clinical research studies
- Clinical research certification from SoCRA or ACRP required
- Experience or knowledge in a specialty area preferred
- Computer skills required, with experience using Microsoft Software applications desired

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a progressively responsible management capacity in a medical research environment
- Knowledge of Institutional Review Boards (IRB), FDA, federal, state, and industry sponsor regulations
