What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership for the conduct of clinical studies and regulatory affairs related to product approval
- Collaborate on clinical and regulatory strategies to obtain timely product approvals from worldwide regulatory bodies
- Manage clinical research projects across multiple business units and supervise a team of Clinical Research Specialists
- Ensure regulatory submissions comply with all relevant guidelines and requirements
- Oversee activities performed by Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and manage clinical study accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience and 5+ years of managerial experience
- Proven experience managing direct reports and leading clinical teams
- Expertise in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials
- Experience in medical device clinical product trials and regulations
- Strong leadership skills, including communication and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (Masters, PhD, or MD) in a relevant field
- 7+ years of clinical research experience specifically within the medical device industry
- Experience in clinical trial design and managing trials from start to finish
- Proven track record in hiring and developing talent
- Experience with global clinical trial strategy and execution
