What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and technical support to the project team, ensuring audit readiness and document management
- Coordinate and complete functions for assigned trial activities, including file reviews and communication with project leads
- Analyze and reconcile study metrics and findings reports, assisting with clarification and resolution
- Train new personnel on processes and systems, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project deadlines and address site issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical trial management
- Strong experience with CTMS and eTMF systems, specifically Veeva Vault
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant vocational qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
