What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead pre-closing activities for moderately complex commercial loans, coordinating with underwriters, loan officers, and sales teams
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and department service level agreements (SLAs)
- Manage multiple loans concurrently with strong organizational skills
- Prepare and complete audit-ready loan files
- Assist in updating, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures related to loan documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in commercial loan documentation/closing
- 4+ years in the banking industry with knowledge of applicable regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of a formal commercial loan documentation training program
- Project management experience
- Experience with commercial leasing and working with commercial leasing partners
