The role

As a Senior Commercial Analyst you will provide analysis detail into the Senior Propositions Manager, to support them with sales propositions, product analysis and commercial plans. You will work with our team based out of our Salford (Soapworks) office, operating across a hybrid model of home and office-based work. This role is a great opportunity to deliver as a Senior Commercial Analyst, whilst learning and aiming to develop and grow into future more senior opportunities within the business. You will work closely with not just the other Commercial teams, but the wider business, enabling you to grow professionally and develop an understanding of TalkTalk.

Your responsibilities

• Prepares operations analysis including analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness, and capacity utilisation.
• Review of sales and product propositions
• Analysis of sales and product propositions
• Future planning for improvement of propositions
• Analyses, plans, conducts and/or prepares plans or procedures that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations to achieve specific objectives.
• Maintains an ongoing interface with various organisational and regional groups in areas such as decision analysis, technical needs, planning and execution.

• Excellent Excel and Access skills

• Commercial Experience
• Sales experience
• Telecommunication product knowledge
