What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Scale and enhance Canva's contracting strategy for the Enterprise product, including contract packages and enablement for sales and success teams
- Provide guidance on emerging trends that impact enterprise contracting
- Build and lead a team responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts with Canva Enterprise and Education customers
- Offer pragmatic, business-minded guidance on customer and contract-related issues
- Collaborate with various departments to support go-to-market initiatives and ensure efficient processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive commercial and contracting legal expertise, particularly with Sales as the primary stakeholder
- Prior experience in a technology company, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Law degree with admission to at least one state bar
- Experience managing a team of lawyers
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player attitude
