What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate enterprise cloud agreements for the employer's products and services, partnering with Sales and other teams
- Provide pragmatic, business-minded guidance on customer and contract-related issues
- Develop support materials and conduct training sessions for Sales teams on contract terms and legal issues
- Assist with special projects aimed at improving legal processes
- Build positive relationships with business stakeholders to enhance collaboration and connection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Qualification to practice law in the local jurisdiction
- Extensive experience negotiating outbound SaaS contracts
- Ability to manage data protection, cybersecurity, and revenue recognition issues in commercial contracts
- Strong communication skills and excellent business judgment
- Willingness to take on new areas of responsibility
