Job Description

- Tightly managing all commercial KPI’s of the relationship with Openreach.
- Identifying and delivering commercial improvements that deliver an improved financial position for TTG via cost reduction or revenue generation activity.
- A growth mindset and a clear focus on value creation collaborating and coordinating with the various business units to ensure both trading and change delivery plans are designed to maximise the value from supplier relationship.
- Working closely with Finance to identify and highlight opportunities to drive value for TTG whether that be contractual benefits, cost reduction or commercial initiatives.
- Taking a data led approach working with our Insight teams to ensure we understand current and future opportunities to improve the commercial position with the supplier.
- Being the Commercial lead for all information required on Openreach and sign-off on any changes to the commercial approach with them.
- Negotiating commercial changes directly with Openreach and managing internal communications to ensure alignment across business units.
- Commercial acumen to allow detailed appraisal of any commercial changes and the impact to TTG.
- Manging both internal and external relationships to ensure the optimal commercial position with Openreach which results in the optimal financial position for TTG.
- Excel
- Analytical mind and terrific with large data sets
- Commercial experience
- Experience of working closely with external, financial and internal partners
- Experience working with Telco
- Previous Senior Commercial Manager experience

The role
We are searching for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our supply and partnerships division. This team has a focus on supporting and developing our main partnerships, their will be a key focus in the role on building both internal and external partnerships. The role directly reports into the Head of Commercial, it is a brand new position which will give you the autonomy to decide how you successfully works for you. Their will be a key focus on strategic delivery and you will be measured on your ability to effectively manage the relationship as well as use your analytical mindset to present data to the business and how we can use that information to our benefit.
