What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support technical assistance engagements related to fair housing, affordable housing, and community development
- Craft communications, design graphics, and execute strategic marketing campaigns
- Contribute to the development and deployment of outreach and training resources, including webinars and in-person events
- Ensure high-quality work is delivered on budget and on time
- Manage logistics and materials for webinars and conferences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or other relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social justice, communications, graphic design, and marketing roles
- A Master's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience can be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years
- Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Experience with social media management, data analytics, and digital marketing tools
- Relevant experience in social justice, fair housing, or community development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS
