What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the design and evolution of compensation programs, including base pay structures and incentive plans
- Conduct market research and participate in compensation surveys to analyze industry trends
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation-related matters, providing guidance to People Operations and business leaders
- Lead job evaluations, including grading, titling reviews, and alignment with internal hierarchies
- Conduct in-depth analyses to support compensation decisions and strategies, including pay equity analyses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- In-depth knowledge of labor regulations, including FLSA and pay transparency laws
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on strategic compensation initiatives
- Experience in high-growth organizations
- Familiarity with Paylocity (HRIS) and Pequity (Compensation Management System)
