What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align compensation processes and programs with business objectives and company strategies
- Collaborate with leaders and HR Business Partners to develop tailored compensation solutions
- Administer compensation programs, including merit, promotion, and incentive plans
- Execute annual reward cycles and maintain compensation structures while conducting market pricing
- Develop and deliver compensation training content for various stakeholders within the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 to 7 years of experience in compensation or a related analytical field
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy
- Advanced Excel modeling skills; knowledge of Macros is a plus
- Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills

- CCP or other compensation-related designation
