      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist client teams in analyzing, implementing, and administering compensation structures
      - Develop and guide compliance with country-specific compensation laws and regulations
      - Stay updated on compensation market trends and propose necessary adjustments to plans
      - Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements
      - Facilitate strong working relationships with international teams and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar compensation role post-bachelor's degree
      - Experience in a globally matrixed organization
      - Strong vendor management skills and understanding of survey platforms and analytics
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite software
      - Bachelor's degree in business, math, or Human Resources

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with a variety of compensation administration systems
      - Professional certification in Compensations or Rewards Remuneration, or a master’s degree in a related field
      - Background in benefits and/or global mobility
