      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the compensation administration, including documentation and implementation of various compensation programs such as merit, bonus, and equity
      - Conduct annual compensation benchmarking and manage third-party survey engagement to provide competitive market analysis
      - Provide metrics and data for HR dashboards, along with analysis for compensation and HR programs
      - Collaborate with finance to ensure alignment on long-term incentive programs
      - Educate managers and employees on compensation programs and support the design and delivery of business-specific compensation initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, or a relevant field
      - 4-6 years of relevant compensation work experience
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
      - Excellent communication skills for presenting technical topics to various employee levels
      - Ability to manage and maintain confidential information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in equity compensation and sales compensation
      - Working knowledge of Workday HRIS
      - Advanced analytical skills to create models, reports, dashboards, and presentations
      - Understanding of accounting regulations related to equity compensation
