      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage compensation administration, including annual merit, bonus, and equity programs
      - Conduct annual compensation benchmarking and provide competitive analysis using market data
      - Provide metrics and data for monthly and quarterly HR dashboards related to compensation and HR programs
      - Collaborate with HR Business Partners to educate managers and employees on compensation programs
      - Support the design and delivery of business-specific compensation programs aligned with company culture and values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, or a relevant field
      - 4-6 years of relevant compensation work experience
      - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and advanced analytical skills in Excel
      - Excellent communication skills to present technical topics to all employee levels
      - Ability to manage and maintain confidential information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in equity compensation, administration, and sales compensation
      - Working knowledge of the Workday HRIS system
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
      - Understanding of accounting regulations related to equity compensation
