What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and oversight for the work group's daily workload
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Analyze data for discrepancies and risks, communicating findings effectively
- Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies in the assigned business area
- Compile relevant information for compliance reviews and produce reports for management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Compliance/Regulatory Environment, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to provide leadership and training to less experienced associates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Participation in industry events or additional training to stay current on evolving issues
- Previous experience in compliance or regulatory environment
- Strong knowledge of Bank operations and regulations
