      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure compliance with AML and anti-fraud laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act
      - Communicate AML responsibilities and provide guidance to various business areas
      - Conduct reviews and investigations of AML-related activities and suspicious activity reports
      - Collaborate with fraud partners and participate in compliance-related projects
      - Assist in the development and delivery of training content for compliance initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 6 years of direct compliance experience
      - Proficient in data analysis and conducting research on AML and suspicious activity
      - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
      - Experience in drafting compliance documentation including policies and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ACAMS certification strongly preferred
      - FINRA Series 7 certification is a plus
      - Familiarity with AML compliance software and tools such as Accurint, Archer, and Sales Force
