What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide detailed reports and recommendations for compliance violations or deficiencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of previous bank compliance, audit, examination, and operations experience
- Ability to work independently and meet accuracy requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years of previous bank compliance, audit, examination, and oversight experience
- Experience in consumer mortgage loans
- Professional designations such as CRCM, CBA, ACAMS, CCBCO, CBAP, BSAP, or CIA
