What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess current processes and workflows to understand business objectives and requirements for improvement and application development
- Gather and prioritize requirements by engaging with stakeholders to document needs for projects
- Propose solutions in collaboration with stakeholders to address business needs
- Create detailed requirements specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support testing and implementation by assisting in the creation of test plans and participating in testing activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with IT systems (PSA's, ERP's, and/or CRM's)
- Experience in Agile Scrum environments, including facilitation of Agile ceremonies
- Proficient with Microsoft Visio
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems into manageable components
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder interaction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and ConnectWise
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
