What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Review and understand clinical protocol requirements and project specifications
- Drive database development activities and configure forms, rules, and study items
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure smooth transition of the study to the customer
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and provide training and mentorship
- Communicate risks and contingency plans and contribute to process improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 5+ years' experience working with EDC clinical software solutions
- Expertise in life sciences industry and clinical trial processes
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel 20-25%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Working understanding of data management standards and guidelines
- Experience with system integrators for clinical technologies
- Integration/Programming experience with REST-based APIs
- Experience in interpreting clinical protocols and writing technical documentation
- Relevant degree in Life Science, computer science, or related field
