What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Scope, organize, and manage complex projects and client relationships
- Mentor and manage junior staff project contributions and deliverables

- Align project scopes and budgets with client needs through clear communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in the clean energy industry
- Knowledge of clean energy technologies, practices, policies, and programs
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated experience as a project manager and/or client relationship lead
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in energy efficiency, demand response, decarbonization, or related fields
