What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and execution of Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) programs to build associate skills and capabilities
- Align L&TD team efforts and programs with organizational goals to achieve desired results
- Mentor and train team members while providing guidance on complex matters
- Identify business needs through consultation and analysis, determining the best approach for each function
- Implement change management strategies and communication plans to maximize program benefits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources
- OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources
- Strong understanding of industry principles and practices
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels
- Experience in presenting to both virtual and in-person audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Articulate 360
- Instructional design project management experience within a large financial institution
- Demonstrated success in leading instructional design projects and designing e-learning
- Strong understanding of development models, tools, and trends
