What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead life sciences customers in the rapid configuration and implementation of Vault Safety
- Define strategies, business processes, and implementation programs for deploying Vault Safety across organizations
- Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance for customers and project teams
- Manage project delivery, including resource planning and communication among stakeholders
- Mentor project teams and junior consultants while ensuring customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of life sciences industry experience, primarily in Drug Safety or Pharmacovigilance
- Experience with safety databases like ARISg, ARGUS, or other GxP software solutions
- Proven ability to manage diverse customers and stakeholders to ensure project delivery
- Strong knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Life Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Hands-on implementation experience with safety databases like ARISg or ARGUS
- Experience in SaaS/Cloud environments
- Familiarity with demonstrating software applications in product pre-sales
- Proximity to major life sciences customer hubs such as NJ, Boston, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Chicago, or RTP NC
