What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead life sciences customers in the rapid configuration and implementation of Vault Safety
- Define strategies, business processes, and implementation programs for deploying Vault Safety across organizations
- Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance for customers and project teams
- Manage project resources, lead cross-functional teams, and track project progress
- Act as the primary contact for customer communication, ensuring stakeholder engagement and satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of life sciences industry experience, primarily in Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, or related fields
- Experience with safety databases such as ARISg, ARGUS, or other GxP software solutions for Pharmacovigilance
- Strong knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations
- Proven ability to manage diverse customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Life Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Hands-on implementation experience with safety databases like ARISg or ARGUS
- Experience in SaaS/Cloud environments
- Background in demonstrating software applications during pre-sales activities
- Proximity to major life sciences customer hubs (e.g., NJ, Boston, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Chicago, RTP NC)
