What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support clients with federal, state, and local grant PA projects, focusing on cost support and recovery
- Deliver exceptional PA consulting to state and local governments, K-12, higher education, and private non-profit clients
- Develop essential project documents such as Damage Description Dimension documents, Scopes of Work, and Project Worksheets
- Provide onsite disaster recovery support as requested by clients and cultivate positive relationships with client leadership
- Participate in project calls and report on project-related metrics as requested

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the disaster recovery sector
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in business, finance, public administration, emergency management, or related discipline
- Proven track record of effectively supporting the FEMA Public Assistance process
- Exceptional communication and written skills
- High energy style, flexible and adaptive, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current professional certifications such as CEM or related certifications
- Experience in disaster preparedness, mitigation, and recovery trends and initiatives
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences
