What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead life sciences customers in the rapid configuration and implementation of Vault Safety
- Define strategies and business processes for deploying Vault Safety Workbench and Vault Safety Signal
- Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance for customers and project teams
- Manage project tracking and forecasting while mentoring junior consultants
- Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle and assist presales teams in defining scope and cost

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of life sciences industry experience, primarily in Drug Safety or Pharmacovigilance
- Subject matter expertise in Signal Detection
- Experience with safety databases like ARISg, ARGUS, or other Pharmacovigilance solutions
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Life Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Hands-on implementation experience with safety databases
- SaaS/Cloud experience
- Experience in demonstrating software applications in product pre-sales
- Locality to major life sciences customer hubs
