What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the rapid configuration and implementation of Vault Safety for life sciences customers
- Define strategies, business processes, and implementation programs for deploying Vault Safety Workbench and Vault Safety Signal
- Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance
- Project management, including resource planning, team leadership, and project tracking
- Act as the primary contact for customer communication and manage internal stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, with a focus on Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Healthcare, or adjacent Safety Industry
- Subject matter expertise in Signal Detection
- Experience implementing or supporting safety databases like ARISg (LifeSphere), ARGUS, Empirica, or other Pharmacovigilance and/or Signal Detection solutions
- Strong knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Life Science, computer science, or related degree
- Hands-on implementation experience with safety databases like ARISg or ARGUS
- SaaS/Cloud experience
- Experience in demonstrating software applications in product pre-sales
- Locality to major life sciences customer hub (NJ; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL, RTP NC)
