What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead delivery of services to clients on time, within scope, and within budget
- Supervise the full implementation life cycle of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software on behalf of clients
- Maintain project and resource plans, conduct ongoing status meetings and reporting
- Identify and report on project risks, coordinating the resolution of identified issues
- Participate in internal operations including new business development and staff development efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience with state or local government in areas such as ERP systems or implementation project management
- Consulting experience with public sector clients or prior employment with a software vendor
- High-quality communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with diverse teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current project management certification (PMP or CAPM) or organizational change management certification
- Experience facilitating meetings and public speaking with large groups
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills to resolve project issues
