What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Structure approach/analysis for assigned workstream and assist junior team members

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 2+ years of external client-facing experience at a consulting firm
- 2+ years of experience utilizing formal industry strategy consulting frameworks
- 2+ years of healthcare (Payer/Provider/Life Sciences) experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel domestically, up to 50%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- 1+ years of consulting experience
- Experience with delivering strategy projects and building innovations
- Knowledge of human-centered design thinking and approaches
- Consumer, sales, and/or marketing experience
- Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
