What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in unclaimed property consulting
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe
- Ability to analyze large and complex data sets
- Advanced analytical skills and high attention to detail

- Experience in data analytics, expertise, and technology for the CRE market
- Knowledge of state voluntary disclosures, audit defense, and asset recovery
