      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with project teams to design and implement improvements to financial workflows and reporting structures
      - Assist in managing project activities, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines
      - Become a subject matter expert in financial close processes and BlackLine implementations
      - Identify areas for process optimization and provide data-driven recommendations
      - Lead or participate in client-facing workshops and meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of experience working with BlackLine or in financial close process areas
      - Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization
      - Proficiency in financial systems, including Salesforce and other relevant applications
      - Understanding of project management and change management principles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ year of professional work experience with Trintech T-Recs
      - Familiarity with FinancialForce or other ERP systems
      - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles or similar process improvement methodologies
