      Who We Are Looking For:

      At ANM, a Senior Consulting Architect on our Secure Integrated Architectures team is responsible for working with our customers to design, document, and implement robust infrastructure solutions. This position requires a blend of technical leadership, expertise, teamwork, communication, and customer service skills to successfully run the duration of a complex IT solution from presales to project closure. The Senior Consulting Architect is the driving force who will collaborate with ANM’s project management, practice, post sales, and presales teams to deliver excellent outcomes on the most challenging client problems.

      What will you be doing as a Principal Consulting Architect

      • Collaborate closely with the presales team to understand project requirements and information gathered to date.
      • Oversee execution and success of project lifecycle activities. Design, deliver, and lead client design workshops and facilitate discussion. Glean important requirements. Build consensus within client teams.
      • Communicate in whatever means appropriate (written, email, presentation, etc.) to socialize ANM’s project strategy, designs, etc. to key client stakeholders.
      • Build relationships with key client stakeholders to further project success.
      • Design, deliver, and lead client knowledge transfer sessions.
      • Acts as a project lead architect for cross-architecture transformative client projects.
      • Delegates to the project engineering team.
      • Oversees and mentors project engineers.
      • Acts as a technical implementation lead for an assigned project and works closely with the project manager, project engineers, and customers to complete project tasks.
      • Generates and implements system configurations, follows the project test plan and completes project documentation for the assigned infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
      • Ensures smooth transition of documentation to the Managed Services team as required.
      • Performs analysis and diagnosis of infrastructure and cybersecurity problems.
      • Provide third-level technical support for routing, switching, security, systems, and wireless technologies to ANM customers.
      • Effectively utilizes moderate lab setups to demonstrate technology solutions, as well as recreate and solve problems.
      • Uses knowledge of technology, products, and services to build enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
      • Invests time in continued education to learn new technologies and keeps certifications current.
      • Serve as a technology SME in areas of specialization for presales engagements.
      • Help scope and close outcome-driven professional services projects.
      • Develop and refine ANM frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for service delivery.
      • Develop ANM Technology Labs (ATL) environment.
      • Construct technology integrations and demonstrations
      • Lab client scenarios where necessary
      • Lead technical enablement for clients and internal ANM resources.
      • Technology solution evaluation and vetting.

      Required education, technical skills, and/or experience:

      • Expert Level Technical Design, Implementation, Migration, and Troubleshooting knowledge in one or more solution spaces (Networking, Software-Defined Networking, cybersecurity controls such as firewalls, SASE, IAM, PAM, PKI, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, compute, storage, virtualization, or cloud, etc.)
      • Zscaler SSE experience, Aruba EdgeConnect, and Cisco SD-WAN experience is preferred.
      • Broad understanding of how IT environments work and how different domains (networking, compute, data protection, cybersecurity etc.) interact.
      • Excellent understanding of secure system architecture
      • Deep understanding of project methodology
      • Deep experience with complex IT infrastructure, cloud, and security projects
      • Excellent communicator, including presentation skills.
      • Excellent documenter
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think globally.
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Focus on quality.
      • Networking industry experience and knowledge of products and protocols.
      • Pinnacle level certification (CCIE, VCDX, CISSP) is desired.
      • Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, focus on quality client outcomes, and a positive attitude.

      Work Environment:

      The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

      Physical Requirements:

      The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, kneel, crawl and climb. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 75 pounds.

      Travel:

      Travel may be required for this position. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and motor vehicle insurance.
