What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and review contracts and budgets for clinical trials
- Ensure compliance and track contract status within the reporting system
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
- Analyze and resolve conflicts related to contracts
- Maintain oversight of 60+ agreements while managing associated risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with contracts
- Fluency in English and the local host country language
- At least 2 years of industry experience required
- Familiarity with clinical trial contracts and budget negotiations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor (JD) or advanced degree
- Experience in project management and service delivery
- Understanding of legal language and clinical contract processes
