What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with business units to determine negotiation objectives and desired outcomes
- Develop and issue requests for Information, Quotation, and Proposal based on business needs
- Create negotiation strategies and lead negotiations of complex contract terms
- Collaborate with Legal, Insurance, and Risk departments to craft Statements of Work (SOW) or contracts for sourcing projects
- Evaluate vendor responses and provide analysis and recommendations to business areas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5-6 years of advanced contracting/sourcing experience with expertise in procurement principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage project timelines and drive completion with limited supervision
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Bachelor's degree preferred
