What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with business units to determine negotiation objectives and optimal contract terms
- Develop, scope, and coordinate requests for Information, Quotation, and Proposal based on business requirements
- Lead negotiations of complex contract provisions and develop negotiation strategies
- Collaborate with Legal, Insurance, and Risk departments to create complex Statements of Work (SOW) or contracts
- Evaluate and manage vendor responses, providing analysis and recommendations to the business area

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-6 years of advanced contracting/sourcing experience with expertise in procurement principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills for various audience levels
- Ability to manage ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership and suppliers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Mastery of strategic and tactical procurement practices
- Proven ability to drive project timelines and complete projects with limited supervision
- Familiarity with vendor strategy development, including spend analysis and risk mitigation
