What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Contracting Officer in reviewing and determining the adequacy of acquisition documents
- Prepare modifications for various contractual actions, including contracts and task orders
- Administer and close out government contractual vehicles in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Participate in acquisition planning meetings and periodic progress reviews
- Mentor staff on procurement terms and processes, ensuring proper documentation for contract execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 24 semester hours in business-related coursework from an accredited institution
- 8-20 years of relevant government contracting experience
- In-depth knowledge of federal procurement regulations and policies
- Ability to perform complex cost and/or price analysis functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous FAC-C III or DAWIA III Certifications
- Intimate knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Advanced proficiency in the use of PRISM software
- Excellent writing and effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently
