What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a Marketing-related field
- Minimum of 7 years of advertising copy experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong grammatical skills
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of copywriters
- Strong conceptual abilities and creative thinking
