What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the General Counsel on a variety of legal matters affecting the business
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including customer contracts and vendor agreements
- Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and other applicable regulations
- Manage outside counsel relationships for specialized legal matters and litigation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-8 years of legal experience, preferably as in-house counsel at a SaaS or technology company
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements and commercial contracts
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance business priorities and legal risk
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar admission

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience advising on software licensing and subscription-based business models
- Familiarity with procurement contracts and vendor management
- Experience with corporate governance, M&A, or equity-related matters
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Payment facilitation experience is a plus
