What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide training and support to corrugator teams across multiple plants
- Establish safe working practices and promote a clean, injury-free work environment
- Evaluate and develop effective preventive maintenance (PM) practices for corrugators
- Analyze Cause/Frequency/Downtime metrics to improve PM processes
- Participate in discussions regarding capital planning and equipment considerations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous supervisory and leadership experience in corrugator operations
- Experience in coaching, training, team building, and performance management
- Solid analytical, mechanical, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and common software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge of corrugated and packaging equipment maintenance
- Previous experience with steam systems and heat troubleshooting in corrugators
- Experience in quality control systems and OEM machine control systems
- Proven track record of improving productivity and reliability in manufacturing settings
