What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide training and support to corrugator teams throughout the company
- Establish safe working practices and maintain a clean, injury-free work environment
- Evaluate and develop effective preventative maintenance practices for corrugators
- Participate in discussions about capital planning and equipment considerations
- Conduct analyses to improve productivity, reliability, and capability issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous supervisory and leadership experience on corrugators
- Experience in coaching, training, teambuilding, and performance management
- Solid analytical, mechanical, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Familiarity with maintenance of corrugated and packaging equipment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with various OEM corrugator systems and controls
- Knowledge of steam systems and corrugator heat troubleshooting
- Understanding of quality control systems and OEM machine control systems
