What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare accurate credit reports and forecasts to enhance financial stability
- Analyze credit exposures and conduct credit-worthiness reviews to minimize financial risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related subject
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience required
- Strong credit management skills to assess customer credit-worthiness and risks
- Proficient financial analysis experience, including interpreting key financial data
- Ability to evaluate financial statements and analyze trends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress toward financial certification
- Construction industry credit experience, including knowledge of mechanics lien and bond claims
- Understanding of private and commercial construction projects and contractual chains
- Familiarity with project milestones, draw dates, and pay applications/AIA requirements
