What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in analytics
- Previous experience in creating and modeling pricing structures and credit policies
- Strong understanding of lending and financial analysis
- Experience in credit risk analysis and customer risk segmentation
- Proficient in SQL and one or more modern programming languages

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
