What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee collection efforts for approximately $500M in sales across multiple locations, ensuring timely payment from customers
- Generate necessary reports and documents to support collection requests from customers
- Facilitate approvals for credit memos, payment plans, and other collection-related documents
- Conduct annual reviews of customer credit limits and terms, including financial evaluations and validations
- Identify collection risks and collaborate with management to develop effective solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting or a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in credit and collections
- Strong understanding of Corporate Credit & Collection policy
- Proficiency in using credit and collections systems, including documentation of discussions and payment promises
- Ability to maintain up-to-date information on Credit & Collections SharePoint site

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Credit or Collections accreditation (i.e., NACM or similar)
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and GetPaid or similar systems
