What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support integrated marketing campaigns, including audience creation, delivery, and performance analysis
- Build and execute campaign segmentation for email, SMS, app, and paid media campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop audience and campaign strategies
- Create reports and data visualizations to analyze audience and campaign performance
- Present key insights to stakeholders to inform future marketing activation plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with cloud data warehouses and customer data
- 3+ years of experience in audience segmentation and activation for marketing campaigns
- Intermediate SQL experience; Python experience is a plus
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with Looker or other similar business intelligence tools
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot dataflow issues
- A proactive, "can do" personality
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
